Stephen Brookfield
Since beginning his teaching career
in 1970, Stephen Brookfield has worked in England, Canada,
Australia, and the United States, teaching in a variety
of college settings. In the following five videos,

how to infuse thinking critically into classes and individual
assignments.

Deann Leoni

Patsy Camp
A 35-year
higher education veteran, Patsy Camp is the coordinator
of the Freshman Academy at Johnson C. Smith University
(JCSU). The Freshman Academy is a program which ALL incoming
freshmen participate in Learning Communities. Patsy, an
English Professor at JCSU, has been involved in LC’s for
10 years. Patsy delivers a speech on one of CPCC’s core
competencies, Critical Thinking. She shares her experience
and observations on how indicators of critical thinking
competency can be observed and fostered in students.
