This instructional package consists of four modules to address writing student outcomes, teaching to the outcomes, assessing student outcomes and using results to improve teaching and learning. Through completion of the modules faculty will learn skills and strategies that will help them take an active role in updating curriculum and at the same time improving teaching and learning. Each module consists of participant handouts, a PowerPoint presentation, and faculty materials. A glossary and webliography on assessment is provided in the introduction.
